Shipping policy

fashion flair is committed to delivering your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 24 hours once the order is placed except on weekends or on public holidays. At fashion flair, we strive to deliver products purchased in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within the time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer/manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Described below are the site-wide policies of fashion flair which apply to all sales and purchases made on the website. These policies are applicable to shop level policies. However, in the unexpected case of contradiction, these policies will overrule the shop level policies.

SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE

  • We offer an exchange of the product with a new one in case of a product damaged or wrong delivery.
  • No returns or exchange will be processed when the customer has opted for self-stitching and customization in the order.
  • All exchange requests should be intimated to fashion flair via mail support within 7 days of delivery of the product.

All domestic orders are shipped by our delivery partner within the next 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. It takes a maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

SHIPPING IN INDIA

Standard Shipping in India is free of charge. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. We use DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, ExpressBees, and Speed Post services to deliver in India.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

fashion flair delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies are used to deliver your product.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For international customers, we send the package as a personal use item only but if the customs is applied for that country it needs to be paid by the customer and take the delivery for same. The company is not responsible for any Customs duties. The information about customs if applied will be informed to the customer via email/phone.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from the fashion flair Customer Support Team for the same.

All products are to be returned to the fashion flair facility in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

The safe receipt of products by fashion flair is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
