REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we may request you to share the video proof of the package at the time of opening. Please do attach your order ID and registered email with the query request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please contact us via the support@fashionflair.in to request a cancellation.

For prepaid orders, customers generally eligible for 100% refunds, if the cancellation request generated within the first 24 hours of order placement.

Please note that Fashion Flair reserves the right to verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Customers must have to raise return/exchange request within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
  • There are some items that are "Made to Order" or "Print on Demand" which are not eligible for returns.
  • We cannot refund the following items: Rush Processing, Personalised Gift, or Messages Shipping Costs.
  • In wrong product, damaged or quantity mismatch queries, customers must have to submit the video proof of package at the time of opening. 
  • The customer will get a refund back on Bank Transfer Only. It will take 24 hours to receive credit back in Bank once we issue a refund from our end.
  • The items within the return window and in stock are only eligible for replacement.
  • A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged/return again.
  • A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders.(EXCHANGE IS FREE)
  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

In return/exchange case, we will initiate return pickup from our end within the next 24 business hours after approval.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

COLOR VARIATION DISCLAIMER

The fabric colors you see on our website can vary in person due to the color variations of each photograph and each screen. Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, we do not warranty or guarantee the consistency, color, texture or appearance of the actual apparel. Apparel fabric colors which are shown online are approximate only and may have variations in color, hue and tone, especially from one size group to another.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A CANCELED ORDER OR RETURNED PRODUCT?

We usually process refunds within 2-3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process may take 2 weeks after the return has been initiated.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from our Customer Support for the same.

A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders.(EXCHANGE IS FREE)

All products are to be returned to our warehouse in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

The safe receipt of products by Fashion Flair is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Wrong product handover in return: Action will be taken on the basis of package opening footage & will be returning the same product we have received. In such cases, the seller will not be liable for any loss & no action will be made if the customer fails to raise the query within 7 days of pickup.
